How a card is born
Every founder on the record holds a numbered card. A card is born from the public record: filings, announcements, credible reporting. Machines check every claim against its source and keep receipts. An editor approves each card before it enters the record. A card cannot be bought, and no card is written to please its subject.
The signature
A founder can sign their own card by confirming its facts. A signed card carries that confirmation and the date it was given. There are no crowd edits here: a signature or nothing.
The chronicle
The record is the database. The chronicle is the story. One founder's story is chronicled at a time, by a person, in full. The story earns it.
Permanence
Every version of every card is hashed and anchored to Bitcoin. The chain of versions is public in the ledger, so any reader can prove what the record said and when it said it. That permanence cuts both ways: when the record is wrong, the correction is made in the open and every version stays hashed, linked, and anchored like everything else. A record that only flatters is marketing. This one corrects. The full pipeline, gate by gate, is public: the Anchored Record Protocol.

This is not a magazine. It is a living database of the founders building the UAE, kept by a person. Machines watch for what changes and check every claim against its source. I decide what earns a place on the record, and I put my name on it.
I build in the same market I document, operating from the UAE. That is why the standard is this high, and why the relationship is disclosed on every page. A record is worth only the trust behind it.
Disclosure & editorial policy
How this stays honest.
Proptefi is the publication's powering company. I run it. The relationship is in the footer of every page.
I profile competitors freely. If I respect what a founder is building, the founder gets the profile. The act of featuring is the disclosure.
Material conflicts get an inline disclosure block. Equity, family, recent commercial counterparty, prior employer in the last five years. Plain competition does not qualify.
No sponsorship from companies I profile within 90 days. Pay-to-play does not exist here.
No sponsorship from companies I or Proptefi hold equity in. Profile is allowed with disclosure. Sponsorship is not.
Editorial decisions are mine alone. Sponsors do not see articles before they ship. Founders get a fact-check window, not a review.
